If something does not fit or is not quite right, simply send it back unworn and in original condition for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Every product page includes a detailed Size Chart with AU standard measurements in centimetres. Simply measure your bust, waist, or hip and match it to the chart — it takes 30 seconds. Most of our styles are true to size, and you will see a "Fit" indicator on each product to guide you.Still unsure? Our customer team is happy to help — just send us your measurements and we will recommend the perfect fit.
